Our system is designed to automatically detect failed video generations. In such cases, the credits charged for that process are automatically refunded to your account without any action required from you. This typically happens within a few minutes of the error being detected.
You are the owner of the videos you generate. You receive a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use your creations for any purpose, including commercial projects (e.g., marketing, social media, advertising).
