2. General Information on Data Processing
We only process personal data of our users to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. The protection of your data is important to us.
3. Website Provision and Log Files
Each time you access our website, our system automatically collects data and information from the accessing computer system. The following data is collected:
- IP address of the user
- Date and time of access
- Browser type and version
- Operating system used
The storage in log files is done to ensure the functionality of the website. The legal basis for the temporary storage of data and log files is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
4. Registration and User Account
You have the option to register on our website by providing personal data. We collect and store the following data during the registration process:
- Email address
- Password (stored encrypted as a hash)
- Device-specific ID (UUID, generated client-side)
This data is used exclusively for providing and managing your user account and for delivering our services. The legal basis for processing this data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract performance).
5. AI Video Creation (Core Service)
The central function of our application is the creation of videos using artificial intelligence. The content you provide is processed for this purpose:
- Text prompts: The texts you enter.
- Uploaded images: The image files you upload.
This content, together with your device-specific UUID and IP address, is transmitted to our backend infrastructure operated on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the us-east-1 (USA) region. The transmission is necessary for the provision of the service. AWS is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, ensuring an adequate level of data protection.
The uploaded content is processed by AI models and stored on our servers after video generation is complete, allowing you to access it in your library. You can delete these videos from your library at any time.
We do not use your content for any purpose other than providing the service you requested. The AI models are operated by our providers and may analyze your content anonymously for service improvement purposes. We advise against uploading sensitive or personal information in prompts or images.
The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract performance).
6. Purchase of Credits (Payment Processing)
For the purchase of "Credits", we use the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland. When you make a purchase, your payment data (e.g., name, email address, credit card number) is transmitted directly to Stripe via a secure connection. We do not store complete credit card data on our servers.
Stripe processes your data to execute the payment. We receive confirmation of successful payment from Stripe. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
7. Cookies
Our website uses technically necessary cookies. These are small text files stored in your browser or on your computer system. We use a session cookie (`PHPSESSID`) to identify you after login. This cookie is essential for user account functionality and is deleted when the browser is closed.
Additionally, we use your browser's `localStorage` to store a persistent, anonymous device-specific ID (UUID). This is necessary to ensure service continuity. This ID does not contain personal data.

You have the right to:
